- Combine apples, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Layer apple mixture over baked crust.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over apples.
- Sprinkle reserved oat mixture over top and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Let cool, then drizzle with caramel topping before serving.
