- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Prepare pie dough: Mix flour and salt, cut in shortening and cold butter until crumbly, then add cold water until dough forms. Divide into two, roll out one on floured surface, refrigerate the other.
