Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the streusel topping by mixing all ingredients into a small bowl until a crumble forms. Set aside.
- Combine all of the dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together brown sugar, oil, and vanilla. Add the peanut butter, grated apples, and banana. Mix until combined. Add eggs and milk, mixing gently after each addition.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Transfer batter to the loaf pan and top with the streusel mixture.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool before removing from pan.
