Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Slice the dinner rolls in half horizontally. If they are connected in a package, you can leave them connected for easier assembly. Place the bottom halves of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
- Spread a thin layer of barbecue sauce over the bottom halves of the rolls. Then, layer the sliced turkey deli meat evenly on top of the sauce. Place the sliced cheddar cheese over the turkey.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, smoked paprika, brown sugar, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and chili powder until well combined. Pour this mixture evenly over the top halves of the rolls.
- Place the butter-brushed top halves of the rolls onto the assembled sliders. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
- Carefully remove from the oven and let sit for a minute or two before serving warm.
