  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package store-bought pie crusts enough for top and bottom

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Roll out one pie crust and fit into a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Pour blueberry filling into the crust-lined pie dish.
  4. Cover with the second pie crust, seal edges, and cut small slits for steam.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
