Preparation Steps
  1. Place a tortilla on a skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over one half of the tortilla.
  2. Fold the tortilla in half and cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted.
  3. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
