  • 0.75 cup brown sugar

  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool on wire racks.
