  • 0.5 cup peppermint candies, crushed

Method
 

Preparation Steps

  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, and peppermint extract until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in crushed peppermint candies.
  5. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool before slicing.
