  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then add baking soda and salt.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing.
