  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup pizza dough
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg beaten egg

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Spread cooked beef evenly over half of the dough.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the beef.
  5. Fold the dough over to cover the filling and pinch edges to seal.
  6. Brush the top with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
