  • 15 oz can sweet yellow corn (drained)
  • 14.75 oz can sweet cream style corn
  • 16 oz fat free Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup melted light butter Land O Lakes Whipped
  • 0.5 cup egg whites
  • 1 unit cooking spray

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix with a spoon until fluffy.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until edges are golden.
