  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk (of choice)
  • 2 eggs eggs, (lightly beaten)
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 7 oz feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly oil a 7x10 inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, eggs, and olive oil; mix well. Fold in the shredded mozzarella and crumbled feta until evenly combined. Transfer the batter to your prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and bake for 45 minutes until golden. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing.
