Preparation Steps
- Brew a pot of strong hot coffee.
- Pour 1.5 ounces of Irish whiskey into each of four heatproof mugs or glasses.
- Add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar to each mug and stir until dissolved.
- Fill each mug with hot coffee, leaving about 1 inch of space at the top.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Be careful not to over-whip.
- Gently spoon or pour a layer of whipped cream over the top of each coffee, using the back of a spoon to help it float.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
