- In a large skillet, cook pancetta over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, Parmesan, and black pepper together.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet with pancetta. Remove from heat.
- Quickly pour egg mixture over spaghetti, tossing constantly to create a creamy sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
