  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 small onion minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1.3 pound ground turkey 93% lean
  • 0.5 cup seasoned whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp ketchup with Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Heat olive oil and sauté minced onion on low heat until translucent, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix ground turkey, sautéed onion, breadcrumbs, egg, 1/4 cup ketchup, salt, and marjoram until combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking pan. Spoon sauce on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 55 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
