  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.2 small onion minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1.3 lb ground turkey 99% or 93%
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs seasoned or gluten-free
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp of ketchup with Worcestershire sauce.
  3. In a small skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced onion until translucent, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed onion, breadcrumbs, egg, 1/4 cup ketchup, salt, and marjoram.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf in a baking pan and spoon sauce on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 55 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
