  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.25 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 bars Coffee Crisp (roughly chopped)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, add the butter, brown sugar, and sugar and beat until fully combined and mixture is light and fluffy.
  2. Add in corn syrup, egg, and vanilla and beat until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add dry mixture to wet mixture and beat until fully blended.
  4. Stir in Coffee Crisp chunks.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cool on a wire rack before serving.
