  • 4 oz bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Crumble once cooled.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté frozen corn for 5 minutes until heated through.
  3. Add heavy cream, sugar, salt, and pepper to the corn. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in chopped parsley and thyme. Top with crumbled bacon before serving.
