Salad
  • 2 cups macaroni noodles (uncooked)
  • 1 cup radishes (chopped)
  • 1 cup green bell pepper (chopped)
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.33 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook macaroni noodles according to package directions. Drain. Rinse noodles in cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chopped fresh dill, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. Add the cooked and drained macaroni, chopped radishes, and chopped green bell pepper to the bowl with the dressing.
  4. Stir in the cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
