  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, dried rosemary, dried thyme, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Ensure they are not overcrowded for maximum crispiness.
  5. Roast for 35-40 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through, until they are tender on the inside and golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
