  1. In a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. Let the batter rest while preheating the oven and skillet.
  2. Place a 9-inch oven-safe skillet in the oven and preheat to 425°F. Once preheated, carefully add melted butter to the skillet.
  3. Pour the batter into the hot skillet and bake for 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
