  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 bars Coffee Crisp chocolate bars roughly chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the light corn syrup, egg, and vanilla extract to the mixture and beat until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture and beat until fully blended.
  4. Stir in the chopped Coffee Crisp chocolate bars.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
