- Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.
- If using, pour in the white wine and let it bubble for about 30 seconds to reduce slightly.
- Stir in the fresh parsley and lemon juice. Toss to coat the shrimp.
- Serve immediately over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.
