- In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until every crumb is coated.
- Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the prepared graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set. This can also be chilled overnight.
- Garnish with fresh key lime slices and whipped cream before serving.
