  • 1 large egg
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwis, grapes)
  • 0.5 cup honey

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix butter, flour, and sugar until crumbly. Press into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream. Spread the filling evenly over the cooled crust.
  3. Arrange fresh fruits on top of the filling in a decorative pattern. Drizzle honey over the fruits.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
