  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup sliced cucumber
  • 0.25 cup croutons
  • 1 pc hard boiled egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber, and chop the hard boiled egg.
  3. In a large bowl, combine greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and egg.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  6. Top with croutons before serving.
