  • 1 can small escargots
  • 40 mushrooms mushrooms washed and stems removed
  • 0.75 cup salted butter melted
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Place mushroom caps in your mushroom cap dish or in muffin tin with stem side up.
  2. Add one escargot inside each mushroom cap.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, onion powder, and Italian seasoning and brush over mushroom caps.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot.
