Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
