  • 2 tablespoons white whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and place a metal rack on a baking sheet. Spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Cut chicken into 1-inch nuggets and set aside.
  3. Mix breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl.
  5. Dip chicken pieces into egg wash, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place coated chicken on the prepared rack.
  7. Drizzle chicken nuggets with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 14-16 minutes, flipping halfway.
  9. Turn broiler on and broil for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from oven and serve with favorite dips.
