  • 2 cups penne pasta
  • 0.75 cup pepperoni roughly chopped
  • 2 cups pre-cooked turkey sausage crumbles
  • 0.5 jar pasta sauce
  • 1.75 cups tomato sauce unsalted
  • 1 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.125 tsp salt
  • 0.125 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the penne pasta in boiling water for 6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine pasta sauce, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chopped pepperoni, turkey sausage, and half of the shredded mozzarella. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the pasta mixture.
  5. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
