  • 3 tbsp adobo seasoning
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp kosher salt or to taste

Preparation Steps
  1. Rub the olive oil over the pork tenderloin and sprinkle with adobo seasoning. Let marinate for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the pork from marinade and season with salt to taste.
  3. Grill the pork, turning occasionally, until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached, about 20-22 minutes.
  4. Remove the pork from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces.
