  1. Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, and honey until well mixed. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
  2. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
