  • 6 pieces boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 6 stalks green onions sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cups soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • null salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken thighs inside and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together green onions, garlic, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and sesame oil. Pour over top of the chicken thighs.
  3. Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or until the chicken is cooked completely.
