Preparation Steps
- Crush peppermint candy canes into small pieces and spread them on a small plate.
- Lightly coat the rim of each cocktail glass with corn syrup or honey.
- Dip the rim of each glass into the crushed candy canes, coating evenly. Set aside.
- Fill each prepared cocktail glass with ice cubes.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Irish cream liqueur, coffee liqueur, peppermint extract, chocolate syrup, and heavy cream. Add ice.
- Shake well for about 10 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
- Pour the mixture from the shaker into the prepared cocktail glasses.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your festive Peppermint Mocha Cocktail!

Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, omit the liqueurs and add extra chocolate syrup and a splash of milk or cream.
