For the Cocktail
  • 90 ml Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 90 ml Coffee Liqueur
  • 0.5 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
  • 90 ml Heavy Cream
  • Ice Cubes
For Garnish
  • Crushed Peppermint Candy Canes
  • Corn Syrup or Honey For rimming the glasses

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Crush peppermint candy canes into small pieces and spread them on a small plate.
  2. Lightly coat the rim of each cocktail glass with corn syrup or honey.
  3. Dip the rim of each glass into the crushed candy canes, coating evenly. Set aside.
  4. Fill each prepared cocktail glass with ice cubes.
  5. In a cocktail shaker, combine Irish cream liqueur, coffee liqueur, peppermint extract, chocolate syrup, and heavy cream. Add ice.
  6. Shake well for about 10 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
  7. Pour the mixture from the shaker into the prepared cocktail glasses.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your festive Peppermint Mocha Cocktail!

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, omit the liqueurs and add extra chocolate syrup and a splash of milk or cream.
