Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the penne pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine marinara sauce, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to mix.
  3. In a baking dish, mix cooked pasta with the sauce mixture. Spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pasta. Distribute pepperoni slices evenly on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve hot.
