  2. Blend for about 3-4 minutes, but do not overmix as it may curdle. The mixture should be smooth and creamy.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze for 7-8 hours, or until completely solid.
