- Preheat the broiler and line a baking sheet with foil. Place tomatillos, whole garlic cloves, pineapple, and onion on the sheet. Broil for 10 minutes.
- Flip the ingredients and continue broiling for an additional 5 minutes until charred.
- Transfer charred ingredients to a blender or food processor. Add chipotle peppers and pulse briefly until a chunky mixture forms.
- Taste and add salt as needed. Stir to combine and serve.
