  • 1.5 cups Long-grain white rice
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. Add rice to the same skillet and sauté for 2 minutes. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Slice chicken breasts and serve over the cooked rice. Garnish with herbs if desired.
