  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Cantaloupe cubed
  • 1 cup Honeydew Melon cubed
  • 1 cup Kiwi peeled and sliced
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and prepare all the fruits as directed in the ingredients list.
  2. In a large bowl, gently combine the strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, and kiwi.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice to create the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit salad and gently toss to coat.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
