Ingredients
  

For the Meatloaf:
  • 1.3 lb ground turkey 93% lean recommended
  • 0.5 cup seasoned breadcrumbs gluten-free if needed
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 small onion minced
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
For the Glaze:
  • 0.25 cup ketchup organic preferred
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of the ketchup with the Worcestershire sauce for the glaze.
  3. In a medium bowl, gently combine the ground turkey, seasoned breadcrumbs, egg, minced onion, marjoram, and salt. Do not overmix.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a loaf pan or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spoon the prepared glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake uncovered for 55-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
