  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, cocoa powder, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the coconut mixture and stir until fully combined.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate the snowballs for at least 30 minutes before serving.
