Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 links hot Italian sausages sliced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes and green chiles 14.5oz/540ml can, undrained
  • 1 pound raw medium shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 4 cups hot cooked rice

Preparation Steps
  1. Combine first six ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  2. Stir in shrimp. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until shrimp are done.
  3. Serve over rice.
