  • 14 oz artichoke hearts (quartered, drained, chopped)
  • 6 oz frozen spinach (thawed, drained)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a small baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, mozzarella, and pepper.
  3. Add artichokes and spinach to the mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for about 20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
