  • 4 pcs bell peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp seasoning blend salt, pepper, paprika

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in chopped tomatoes, cooked rice, and seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stuff the peppers with the beef mixture and place in a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
