  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ice cream for topping (optional)

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9-inch oven-safe skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced apples with sugar and cinnamon. Toss until evenly coated. Pour into prepared pie pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, egg, sugar, and flour until creamy.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the apples in the pan.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until the top is golden and apples are tender.
  6. Let the pie cool slightly before serving. Optionally, top with ice cream.
