- Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine diced cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, heart of palm, sliced turkey, black olives, basil, and lemon juice. Toss gently to blend.
- Add the cooked pasta to the bowl, pour in balsamic vinaigrette, and toss until evenly coated.
- Season with salt, pepper, chili flakes, and optional feta cheese. Mix well.
- Serve immediately or chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
