  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
  4. Serve hot with a side of rice or in a tomato sauce.
