  • 20 ounce crushed pineapple in juice
  • 8 ounce cool whip
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation Steps
  1. Add pistachio pudding mix and pineapple with the juice to a large bowl. Stir well to combine.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip. Then stir in marshmallows and chopped nuts.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
